Booking your holiday experiences with couldn’t be easier!

Step 1:
Choose from a huge range of thrilling and original tours/activities by searching by your destination or preferred activity type (or both!).

Step 2:
Browse the results of your search and add your selected experiences to your basket in the ‘Ready to book?’ section.

Step 3:
Complete your purchase by ‘checking out’ and detailing the required information relating to your chosen experiences.

Step 4:
On completion of your booking, you will receive an email confirmation of your order, followed by a second email (within 72 hours) which will contain your redemption voucher for each experience.

Step 5:
On arrival at your destination, please call the number provided on your redemption voucher to re-confirm your pick-up / departure details.

Q: What happens after I have booked my experience?

A: Upon completion of your booking, you'll receive an initial confirmation of your order via email. You will then be sent a second email (within 72 hours of booking) with your redemption voucher which contains all necessary information regarding your booking, including local telephone numbers etc.

Please note that you will be required to re-confirm your tour, experience or attraction locally, even if we have booked a specific time and date for you.

Q: Why do I need to re-confirm my booking on arrival at my destination if I've already pre-booked a specific date and time?

A: Whether you've booked a specific date and time through us, or you've chosen to leave your experience open dated, it's essential to re-confirm your booking on arrival.

This enables the Tour Operator to inform you of any details that you may need on the day, for example to give you a name of the person to ask for who will be taking you on your experience, or to let you know exactly whereabouts you will be met, in relation to your hotel etc.
